Podemos organises the event: Podemos as a part of a new construction of democracy in Europe.

We will have as speakers:

• Owen Jones (UK) : Author of “Chavs: The Demonization of the Working Class” and English columnist in The Guardian. (See more)
• Cristina Flesher Fominaya (USA): Socilogistof the University of Aberdeen and author of “Social Movements and Globalization”. (See more)
• Tania González (ESP): Podemos Member of the European Parliament and holds a political science degree. (See more)
• Iñigo Errejón (ESP): Phd political science and responsible of the European parliament campaign of Podemos. (See more)
• Ken Loach (UK): TV and film director. Wrote films like Raining Stones and The golden dream. (See more)

Initially, our speakers will contrast their ideas around a discussion board, subsequently the public will join in an open debate. Our “Circulo Podemos” in London have invited different social movements’ representatives and other political force representatives (Syriza, Sinistra, Ecologia Libertà, Front de Gauche, Green Party, 15mLondon, Unite the Union) to participate in this open debate.
